Are you real estate agents who just want to list my house or mobile home?

Absolutely Not. We want to BUY your house, not sell your home. We are a group of investors that buy land and homes from people like you. We don't want to list your House we want to BUY your home and may be able to do so immediately!

What kind of homes do you buy?

We buy Mobile Homes, Houses, Land, and Some commercial properties.  We buy homes in good shape and homes that are beaten battered and ugly.  If you have a home for sale contact us, there are many ways to buy a home, we may be able to help you out.

What if I am behind on my payments or in foreclosure, can you help?

Yes, if you call or contact us now, we may be able to stop the foreclosure process and purchase the used mobile home right away.

What do you charge for your services?

There is never a charge or commission when we buy home!

Can I move when I want to?

No, we have to take out loan s with a short timeline when we buy your home. We need to be able to take possession as fast as possible.   We can delay a closing date till a future time if that will help you, but you will not be paid in full until the home is vacant.

If I submit your Home Seller Questionnaire, when will I hear from you?

As soon as we receive your Seller Questionnaire, we will review your information and get back to you ASAP (usually within 1 to 2 business days depending on when you submit the information). However, if you don't hear back from us in a timely manner, please give us a call to be sure we received your information and that you are being taken care of right away.

Is it better to call or contact you via your online Seller Questionnaire?

Why not both? However, it would be wonderful if you complete our Seller Questionnaire first, then give us a call the next day so we can we review your information, research your property, and then discuss all the details with you while on the phone. Do you pay for referrals if I lead you to a house or mobile home that you buy?

Yes indeed! Even if you don't need to sell your home, but you know someone who does, please refer them to us or have them give us a call. We'll pay you from $100.00 - $250.00 for each home or piece of land you refer to us that we buy!

Questions about buying a Home

How does your financing work?

We provide a variety of programs to help get you into a home. We have mortgage brokers for folks that can qualify for a home loan as well as several methods of purchase that do not require any bank approvals at all!

How much down payment do I need?

We are very flexible with down payments but we will need in most cases 10% of the total purchase price. We can offer you many options and we will always do our best to work with whatever funds you have available. We even take items in trade!

Do you offer down payment assistance programs?

Yes we do. A lot of times if you are a bit short on down payment we can set up a monthly payment plan spread out over 3 months.

What other methods of down payment are accepted?

Unlike most lending institutions, we accept borrowed funds for closing. If you have a close friend or relative willing to lend you money for your down payment you can use that in our program. You may also be eligible to withdraw or borrow from your 401K to purchase a home without penalties. We also accept items in trade or barter.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not going to pay you retail price for any items in trade.  At best it will be 50% of value as we must sell it to make our money back.

I love the home; what is the next step?

We will then contact you within 24 hours after we receive the application form back and we verify income and employment. Please keep in mind that our homes sell quickly so time is of the essence.
