Are you a real estate agents who just want to list my house?

Absolutely not! Mystic Realty wants to BUY your house, not sell your house. We are a group of real estate professionals including investors that buys houses from people like you in neighborhoods just like yours. We don't want to list your house, we want to BUY your house and may be able to do so immediately!

What kind of houses do you buy?

We buy houses in any area, condition or any price range. We specialize in Mobile Homes & newer single family houses, but will purchase all types of property all over Texas.

What if I am behind on my payments or in foreclosure, can you help?

Yes, if you call or contact us now, we may be able to stop the foreclosure process and purchase the house right away.

What do you charge for your services?

There is never a charge or commission when we buy your home!

Can I move when I want to?

Yes! You may choose to move immediately, however, you do not have to. You may move anytime in the next several months. This often helps sellers avoid having to move twice or put furniture into storage.

If I submit your Seller Questionnaire, when will I hear from you?

As soon as we receive your Seller Questionnaire, we will review your information and get back to you ASAP (usually within 24 to 48 hours depending on when you submit the information). However, if you don't hear back from us in a timely manner, please give us a call to be sure we received your information and that you are being taken care of right away.

Is it better to call or contact you via your online Seller Questionnaire?

Why not both? However, it would be wonderful if you complete our Seller Questionnaire first, then give us a call so we can we review your information, research your property, and then discuss all the details with you while on the phone. Do you pay for referrals if I lead you to another house that you buy?

Yes indeed! Even if you don't need to sell your home, but you know someone who does, please refer them to us or have them give us a call. We'll pay you from $500.00 for each house you refer to us that we buy!

Questions About Buying a Home

How does your financing work?

We provide a variety of programs to help get you into a home. We have mortgage brokers for folks that can qualify for a home loan as well as several methods of purchase that do not require any bank approvals at all!

How much down payment do I need?

We are very flexible with down payments. We can offer you many options, and we will always do our best to work with whatever funds you have available. We even take items in trade!

Do you offer down payment assistance programs?

Yes we do. A lot of times if you are a bit short on down payment we can set up a monthly payment plan spread out over 6-12 months.

What other methods of down payment are accepted?

Unlike most lending institutions, we accept borrowed funds for closing. If you have a close friend or relative willing to lend you money for your down payment you can use that in our program. You may also be eligible to withdraw or borrow from your 401K to purchase a home without penalties. We also accept trades.

I love the home; what is the next step?
